In Settings->Practice & Statements->Tasks there is a 'lock users' and 'lock sections to control this
How to delete clients?
On the main client list, click the purple arrow to the left of a client, then on the far right 'Client Options' will have an option to delete or archive (free!) the client

The best place to manage these globally is in Settings->All Client Settings->Properties
Can we have rules for firm tasks? Ex. 'If task is assigned x tag, assign y teammate’
No, this isn’t possible yet

Can we see estimated hours and client work by teammate?
Yes, the best place to do this is in Time Tracking->Capacity Planning
Departments… can we see them in Keeper?
Yes! QBO uses unexpected names for these sometimes, but it does seem there’s overlap with the ‘class’ field we pull. In your client click the ‘…’ at the top and enable classes - let me know if this doesn’t contain the info you're hoping for!
