Note for Client: How to Update
These are the steps we need to perform every month to update the CC. First, I reset the connection for both the Agency and Travel cards.
The file path for connection is:
Settings>Account>Credit Card Import>Click on 'Import Card/Bank'
If connection breaks>click Fix>Resign in
Then we need to update the transactions through this file path:
Domains>Company Cards>Actions>Update (Note: If the update doesn't work on this page click Import Card on the top of this page)
Then create a new report on the 'Expenses' Screen.
Click Expenses on the right menu>Use the filters to display the expenses from the prior month>Code the expense using the drop down under 'Category'
Once fully coded use the check box icon to select all>At the top of the screen is the 'Add to Report' drop down>select New Report
Hi {Client}, Wanted to send you a quick update on where we're at with the new scope implementation.
Today, we completed and submitted the Divy application. That's the first step for us to get you guys more rewarding and way more convenient "credit" cards and also open up an account for us to manage bill pay.
Once approved, we'll set up some time with you to go over the details on how it all works and our roles. I'll also send over a proposal on AP processing dates and some verbiage of what you can send to your vendors about the new AP plan (where to send their invoices, how & when they can expect to be paid, etc).
The application approval process takes about a couple business days for Divvy to complete and we'll be sure to keep you updated with further progress.

Dashboard > Settings > Bank accounts
Click on "Bank accounts"
Click on "Connect New Bank"
Once connected, you will see the bank listed:
This email should go to the accounting@clientdomain email, who you have set as the administrator in Divvy.
Setup login & save in clients 1Password vault.
